Knowledge

  • Development of products/packaging for food which use smaller amounts of material, and incorporate recycled and recyclable material;

  • Development of products/packaging for food which use smaller amounts of material, and incorporate recycled, reinforced and recyclable material;

  • Development of lightweight products based on composite materials (recycled materials + natural fibres + nanoparticles) and recyclables.

Products/Services
ou Processes

  • Recycled PET (R-PET) water bottle (R-PET > 50 %) with the cap attached to the bottle;

  • Cereal cup incorporating recycled PP (R-PP) and an attached lid;

  • Eco-Design of new lamella for road signs with post-consumer recycled HDPE (taking advantage of damaged lamellae) that will be reinforced with natural forest residues;

  • Bottle (medical-pharmaceutical area) with a lid and dropper based on recycled and recyclable material;

  • Door handle based on recycled PP, coated with a chromium-free solution and functionalised to feel cold to the touch;

  • Eco-design for a structural frame for car interiors in PPS (Polyphenylene Sulfide) incorporating recycled (up to 30 %) and recyclable material.
